DeleteI usually go with a heeled boot. Heels slim the leg and will flex your calves so if that is something you want then go with the heel. If you plan on doing a lot of walking in the boots then go with flat ones. If you're wearing them with the dress you posted above, I'd go with a heeled boot. Hope this helps! :)
