Yes, last Friday we all braved the treacherous roads to arrive at school ontime. At 8:05, the city schools announced a TWO HOUR DELAY. Grrrr...we had already had breakfast & morning message.

You had a 2 hour delay after school started??? So did you just proceed with school like normal, since people were already there? Or did you send them home and have them return two hours later;)

DeleteAlmost all of my students were already there, so we continued our day as usual. I think some teachers with lower attendance showed a movie during the delay. I was watching the radar and knew it looked bad, so I drove to work extra early to avoid the worst weather. Today we are under another winter weather advisory...I wonder what the schools are going to do this time!
