This is going to help me keep my semi-serious vow to cut back on buying clipart!

Thinking - We are just entering testing season, but I can't help thinking about next year. I'm watching the kindergarteners & yikes! Those cuties need a mini-boot camp in behavior before they come to first grade! Very BIG personalities :) I'm also planning on redoing my school office. My current theme is "nothing" and I'm stalking people's blogs & pinboards to get ideas for beautifying my space!

Wanting - Look what I found yesterday!!!

A field guide for my favorite teaching book!!!

Teach Like a Champion is a no-nonsense book that provides detailed action steps for getting the most out of your students (teaching techniques & management). The field guide provides even more details, plus meaningful questions for reflection. I'm really excited to put this into use!

Needing - a SNOW day! We haven't had an entire snow day off this year, or last year! There's a huge storm brewing for mid-week. I'm trying not to get my hopes up!

Like/Love/Hate - why does my name have to start with "J?"  Haha, it def made me pause & think...here's what I came up with:

Like - I just discovered that Dr. Jean is on TPT! Woohoo! I also found wonderful FREE resources to support Dr. Jean's songs and concepts. Check out Sharing Kindergarten's materials!

Love - JT & Jay-Z. No explanation needed!

Hate - I really, really dislike jellybeans. All colors. Especially black. On a positive note, I can use jellybeans as math counters, game pieces, etc. for Easter because I'm not tempted to eat a single one! Here's how I used them last year.
