Color-Coded Math Freebies!

Because the last 2 weeks have mostly consisted of this...

I'm a HUGE believer in color-coding, whether it's vowels, the magic e, addends, you-name-it...I don't have any research studies to back me on this (although they are probably out there), except my own personal teaching experiences observing the "a-ha" moments with my students.
 
Here's how we're adding a splash of color to math this week:
 
these are plastic plates I bought @ Walmart,
we use them for Part-Part-Whole
