Back to School: CCS and RIT Bands

Today was our first day to report back!

 

It was a super day of meeting new staff and greeting old friends. And it flew by in a flash!

 

As you can probably imagine, my eyes are already closing

after a busy day, so this will be short & sweet!

 

I'm actually perfectly fine getting the new school year underway so early. I love what I do and like to be on-the-go. Relaxing always sounds wonderful, but I don't actually ever do it!

 

The only part I'm not a huge fan of with this schedule is:

 

During the school year, I have to workout

before school and get ready at the gym. Boo!

 

But this sweet note I found in my car after

my workout made it a littler easier:

 

 

It's hard to see, but it's a Happy 1st Day note :)

 

Hate to dash off so soon, but today the returning teachers were assigned the task of aligning RIT bands (MAP - NWEA) to

Common Core. Great idea, but YIKES!
