LLI Writing Responses & Giveaway!

Happy Wednesday!

How many of you are enjoying Spring Break this week? Although we're going to have beautiful spring weather here today, we have another month to go before our break!

Several months ago, I scheduled our Florida escape for the WRONG week in April. It was very, very sad when I (thankfully) realized my mistake. What if I hadn't figured it out?!

We were able to reschedule it for May, so my spring break is now wide open to tackle projects!

The biggies on my ever-growing list are:

1. Attend C.E.C. conference in Philadelphia!

2. Finish Power Productivity Program (♥!)

3. Prepare for KSS presentation this summer!!!
(topic: Student Data Notebooks!)

And then all those other fun things I want to cross off my list...
sleep, update TPT products, watch TBTS videos, lunch at Chipolte, and sleep some more!

Can't wait!

I'll be back later to share about our St. Patrick's Day fun with my Power Hour group, but until then I wanted to share my latest with Leveled Literacy Instruction. I've been creating simple writing responses for the first 30 lessons. These half-pages feature predictable sentences from the book with an opportunity to trace and copy from the model. For lessons 31-35, I tried something a little different...you can download the entire set (Lessons 1-35) here. I plan on continuing to update through the rest of the school year!

I'll share how my little scholars do with these...
please let me know what you think!

There's only 2 more days for my first-ever giveaway! Follow this link to enter to win a Jamberry prize and my Write Me a Story packet! (the link will also take you to more freebies!).

Today is Day 8 for my #100happydays!  In celebration of our last day of standardized testing, our staff is wearing our GRIT shirts with jeans! Definitely a happy day :)
Hello flats! It's been awhile!

THANKS for reading! Have a wonderful day!
