Cross-Curricular

Teachers at the school I work at are SO wonderful!
We are busy finding ways to create opportunities for our students to review important
concepts for the upcoming standardized tests while still continuing the planned
curriculum calendar. One of the review skills is patterns. Students are busy
reviewing pattern concepts, including identifying the core, labeling repeating patterns,
growing patterns...So it was pretty awesome to pick up students from Art & see this:

I'm having a blast teaching math in so many different settings this spring...
1st and 2nd Grade Math "Power Hour," 1st grade "Math Club," the general
education setting, and a small group pull-out session. These students are
probably solving math problems in their sleep by now!
