First Year Bliss Linky

The 3 AM Teacher is celebrating her first year blogging!

 

 

Congrats 3AM! Your blog has made me LOL more than a few times & of course, I appreciate your talent & original artwork :)

My favorite 3AM memory...I made a pattern packet featuring her Easter Eggs (check them out - they are hilarious!). I actually received a dismal rating on this packet...because the teachers' students were laughing TOO MUCH & not focusing on making patterns! That packet is currently receiving a makeover (& will still feature those awesome eggs!).

 

It's hard to believe I'm coming up on one year blogging myself! I actually started out reluctantly last Thanksgiving. I knew that a teaching blog was a terrific way to share ideas, but I struggled with the idea of stepping out my comfort zone & actually sharing what I do. There have been many times I've hit "publish" while inwardly cringing!

 

Fast-forward almost one year...my blog is now my new BFF ♥

 

However, I haven't always been such a great friend...in the early days, I dressed up my blog like this:

I'm SO sorry, I just didn't know any better yet!

 

Luckily, one early morning I stumbled upon:

 

If you've ever had your blog redesigned by someone else, you already know that it's like visiting a BLOG-SPA! It was such a wonderful experience, like having my own personal shopper for a day :)

 

I can't wait to see what the next year of blogging brings!
