My school has the most wonderful tradition...Secret Snowflake!
We fill out brief surveys, answering questions such as "What is your favorite candy? What is your favorite school-appropriate beverage? What magazines do you like? etc." Next, we all draw names & the fun begins! We are told to bring a tiny something once a week until winter vacation & then a gift on the last day of school. In all, the total of the gifts should not be more than $30.
I drew the name of super-sweet teacher who luckily wrote tons of small-ish, but fun snacks (I'm SOOO sorry for the person who drew my name!). I like to give a little treat every day, i.e.: a Reese's Christmas Tree, Coke Zero, etc. I can't write a little note in my handwriting, so I printed up these simple messages to attach:
