Listening - I cannot get enough of the song "Royals," you too? ♥
Loving - LOVING Whole 30! Who knew that being "free" of so many staple foods (& drinks) would make such a difference? I feel wonderful and finally kicked all those pesky cravings.
Thinking - We are starting Unit 2: Amazing Animals for comprehension tomorrow. I just whipped up some one-page K-W-L charts to kick it off:

Wanting - the weather needs to make a decision SOON! I ♥ the beautiful sunshine and mild temps, but I'm going on week 3 of waking up with a headache. Luckily it disappears by the time I step foot in the gym, but OUCH!
Needing - a mani-pedi! For real, I'm now dictating outfits based on my lack of having a pedicure in a month.

Trick or Treat - this is a treat! I don't make desserts (so not Whole 30-approved!) but we're bringing treats for a Friday get-together and I have this super-easy recipe for Apple Caramel Dip! I'm sure you've heard it before...but this is exciting for the non-cook (me)!
Hmmm, open a container and pour? Yup, I can do that! I have no idea where the recipe came from, if it's you - please let me know & I'll give you credit ( and thank you!).

I do love Royals...so catchy! I have heard of Whole 30 and need to think about vamping up my eating regimen. Was thinking Paleo as another option.
