Happy Wednesday!
Today my first graders "ascended" into second grade with a sweet ceremony. We had all 150 students on stage and presented students with certificates, recognized Perfect Attendance, President's Award, Honor Roll, and students who achieved 1 year or more growth for NWEA/MAP in Reading and Math. The students presented the audience with a "What I Am" by Will.i.am (read as a poem/chant) and sang "Brave" by Sara Bareilles :)
We still have school through next Tuesday, but attendance will drop off drastically. Tomorrow I will be in an Special Education audit the entire school day and then I will hopefully finish my office/intervention move soon!

Once this audit is over, I'll be ready to post my life-changing NWEA product for Reading. You've been warned...it's a game-changer! I can't wait to reveal the finished product - I've been working on it forever and using it with my students (and it worked!).
