Thank you so much to Cara for organizing this weekly linky!
I ♥ this idea because lately I've completely abandoned Pinterest. No reason why....just got a lil obsessed with Instagram and blogging recently :)
So this post is going to be like a trip down memory lane...
1. Apparently 46 weeks ago (!!!) I pinned this a-dor-a-ble video...makes me smile every single time:
2. And a year ago...I pinned this to my Marvelous Math board:
It's a cute pot of gold activity from Growing Kinders (she's amazing!). Last year I had a student who needed extra reinforcement with number identification (number sense, etc.). I wrote numbers 1-120 on multi-colored glass beads and assembled a personal math station with a 120 chart. She LOVED it and used it independently (just putting the beads on the appropriate numbered box) at her table. SO EASY and it's now a staple. It also works extremely well for students who need a behavior break :)
3. I bet these quiet critters would work wonders with my chatty friends!
This may be my next project!
I made one with all the directions on one page. I laminated it and use a dry erase marker (with students' help) to circle/X which directions apply:

Please let me know what you think!
5. This last pin comes from my Positivity board. I collect positive quotes...they are all over my office, house, even my car! This quote is my avatar for my personal FB page - ♥ it!
couldn't have said it better myself! |
Gotta go find some more pins...don't forget to link back!
Have a fabulous Friday!
I am right there with you! I was obsessed with Pinning. Then I found blogs and became obsessed with blog stalking and Pinterest took the back seat. Then I found instagram and it is just so simple and quick that blogging became too much effort for these lazy Summer days. I need to get back in the pinning game! We can do this!
