Gobble Till You Wobble!

Hope you're having a relaxing weekend!

 

We just finished a week of assessments (photos coming!) and now we're preparing for parent conferences/I.E.P. meetings Monday-Wednesday (no students!) and then...TURKEY!

 

I just discovered the most amazing tool: Picasa! Do you already know about this? It's free & simple to use..took about 1 minute to google & download it. Look what I made:

 

 

I'm so proud! I made this collage (well, Picasa actually did) in less than 3 minutes WITHOUT reading any directions. Someday I will take the time to do read them & may find out new cool features to add! I'm using these collages as my product previews on TPT,

which will hopefully assuage my guilt over creating these
huge mega files!

Do you think I should add the text or not? I'm leaning towards NOT using it & centering the cover page instead. Anyway, my students thought "Gobble Till You Wobble" was perhaps the funniest phrase they had ever heard (thanks Melonheadz!).

Gobble Till You Wobble - Thanksgiving Vocabulary

 

 

 

There's over 60 vocabulary cards related to Thanksgiving! These cards can be used to play a Blast-style game (directions included) and/or Concentration, Slap, etc. It ended up that many of the vocabulary terms were too difficult for my students to decode, so we used the cards to practice alphabetical order & then moved onto the sight word game version.
