B2S Shopping Has Begun!

Happy Saturday!

Quick post..I'm still in Ohio visiting my family. 

Yesterday we attended a beautiful wedding and celebration - the bride is turning 70 this year! Just a wonderful event all around. After the reception, I stopped here:

Oh my goodness, spent over a hour looking through everything! AMAZING!

I used extreme self-control and only purchased these two items:

These pockets are perfect for half-size pages. I have a class set of the full-size, and love them, but they are HUGE and there's been times that everybody's is overlapping. And I would much rather spend my time teaching than reminding a few of my friends "It's okay if they touch, you can still focus on yours." I also have a lot of terrific resources that are half-pages. I'm thinking of pre-loading a week's worth of morning work into these...

And here's what I was jumping up and down for!

It's a BLACK full-size pocket chart! Total splurge...I have a perfectly good blue one. But with my black and white theme, this is PERFECT!!! 

This makes me actually want to be at school.

But I can wait - I have 10 days left of summer!
